Now seriously) Try to work more with hard brushes - some objects are blurred whithout any reason.
Try to mix colours. Darkness - is not necessarily pure black.Play with warm/could color scheme
Play more with light and it's reflection.Try to think where is the light source before you painting and how it affects the objects.
His two hands - seem to be of the different men..because of the strange coloring..Creepy)
Now some good things that push me to write this comment)
It has an atmosphere - it evokes feelings in me - and this is the most importent. There is the heart there!His face,eyes..-I can see how concentrated he is. The pose is great - expressive and natural.

I know that he doesn't resemble Johnny Depp.. I didn't want to actually... I just liked the position, but this character doesn't have to look like no one but himself..Orjan ^_^ so I'm really glad that he doesn't resemble Johnny(even if I love him XD)

its not bad but could use a little more details. But i understand the pain of having to use PS elements, the brushes are horrible, you have absolutely no control over them. I would like to see what you could do with CS2 or Painter.
